RAGEBITE background
RAGEBITE began through real product building, not as a traditional service business. Its roots are in gaming and esports, where products must earn attention, keep users engaged, and perform under real-world conditions. It later expanded into Sports Tech, FinTech, Crypto, Betting, Marketing Tech, Media, and Education. Dates and milestones are in the Timeline below.
How RAGEBITE works
Clarity before execution, prototyping before commitment, systems thinking instead of feature thinking, transparent collaboration, and iteration guided by real use. The project steps are under How a project runs below.
What makes RAGEBITE different
- Builder-led approach. RAGEBITE started as builders creating real products, including its own SaaS esports platform, Playbase.GG.
- Gaming DNA. Esports platforms for Logitech (PlayBeyond), UGC Esports, and 365Games.
- Strong UX/UI. RAGEBITE led the UX/UI design of DiviDandy and the UX/UI redesign of CSTACTICS.GG.
- Systems-first engineering. Architecture, scalability, maintainability, and operational reliability are considered from the beginning. See the United Futsal rebuild and the 30,000-account migration below.
- Product judgment. RAGEBITE helps clients decide what should be built, not only how to build it, through Product Discovery & Direction.
- AI-accelerated, human-led. AI speeds up research, validation, prototyping, and engineering, while product and technical decisions stay human-led. See Qell below and RAGEBITE X AI.

Example: United Futsal platform rebuild
Source: United Futsal case study
- The problem: After four years of investment, several rebuilds, and different teams, United Futsal's platform still had inconsistent workflows, fragile architecture, and a product model that no longer matched how the business operated. The project started as a UI/UX request and became a full rebuild.
- What the platform covers: One system for players, parents, coaches, clubs, teams, referees, and event organizers. Onboarding, roles, guardians, rosters, registration, verification, payments, events, schedules, matches, referee operations, standings, rankings, and player progression.
- What RAGEBITE was responsible for: Product strategy, product discovery, UX/UI design, product architecture, full-stack and frontend development, QA and testing, and the production launch.
- Timeline: Built in five months. The platform ran a live event during the World Futsal Championships Pro (source).
- Technology: Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, React, Next.js, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Docker, AWS, Stripe, and Figma.
Example: migrating more than 30,000 accounts
Source: Moving 30,000 users onto a new platform with zero disruption
- On September 1st, 2026, RAGEBITE moved more than 30,000 United Futsal accounts from the old platform to the new one in one night.
- The migration kept each account's platform roles, club memberships, managed accounts, documents, club logos, avatars, XP, and career stats.
- Users kept their existing email and password. Passwords cannot be exported from the old identity pool, so each account moved to the new identity pool the first time its user signed in, after the password was checked against the old pool. No user had to reset a password.
Qell: how RAGEBITE coordinates AI-assisted engineering
Source: AI adaptation: Why we built Qell
- Qell is RAGEBITE's internal system for planning, coordinating, and reviewing the work of AI agents.
- Planning starts with the code, earlier decisions, the roadmap, and notes from past discussions. A product manager and an engineer agree the plan.
- Qell turns the plan into a dependency graph of tasks. Each agent gets one task, its context, and a defined scope.
- Every task goes through automated checks and a separate agent review. The finished feature is reviewed again against the plan and its acceptance criteria.
- RAGEBITE's engineers then review the code and give the final approval.

How a project runs
- Open discussion: meeting the team, understanding the project, strategic consulting, approach and proposal, and contracts.
- Kickoff and planning, about one week.
- A working prototype of the core flows, used to validate the plan before the roadmap is agreed.
- Milestones and roadmap, one to two weeks.
- Bi-weekly delivery and feedback: work runs in two-week sprints, and every sprint ends with a deployed release the partner can use. Their feedback goes into the next sprint.
- Support and maintenance after launch.
